1. Digital Lease Agreements

Leasing a DigiiState territory constitutes a service agreement for exclusive lead flow. DigiiState retains 100% ownership of the Digital Deed, including the domain name, website content, and search engine positioning.

2. Payment Protocol

Monthly rent is due in advance. Failure to maintain a current account will result in immediate suspension of lead routing to the partner's communication end-points.

3. Termination

Either party may terminate the lease with 30 days' notice. Upon termination, all rights to lead flow generated by the asset revert immediately to DigiiState Infrastructure Corp.
